We create deeply nourishing meals designed to replenish and support women and their families as they move through one of life’s greatest transitions.
Every ingredient and method we use is carefully chosen to align with the four pillars of postpartum nourishment: warming, nutrient-dense, soft, and easily digestible.
At the heart of our philosophy is a simple principle: we only use whole-food ingredients.
Ingredients
Organic bone broth forms the nutritional foundation of our meals.
We use organic chicken, and grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb.
All grains and legumes are organic.
Meals are seasoned with kelp salt, a natural source of iodine.
We never use vegetable oils high in PUFAs—instead, we cook with coconut oil, butter, ghee, and olive oil.
Our meals are completely free from preservatives, emulsifiers, and additives, including those found in the ingredients we source.
Methods
We cook using stainless steel and cast iron cookware to avoid unwanted chemical exposure.
Our methods are designed to maximise digestibility and nutrient availability. We slow-cook red meats, soak grains and sprout legumes, making each meal as healing and supportive as possible.
