we create deeply nourishing meals designed to replenish and heal women and their families as they navigate one of the greatest shifts in life.
our ingredients and methods are carefully considered to support the four pillars of postpartum nourishment: warm, nutrient-dense, soft and easily digestible. 

our bottom line being we only use whole-food ingredients.

ingredients 

self-made organic bone broth is featured in each of our meals.
organic meats
organic grains and legumes
kelp salt is used to season our meals, and it is a natural source of iodine.
no vegetable oils high in PUFA’s. We prefer to use coconut oil, butter, ghee and olive oil.
no preservatives, emulsifiers or additives in our meals or any of the ingredients we use to make them. 

methods

cookware is stainless steel and cast iron.
we utilise cooking methods such as slow-cooking our red meats, soaking grains and sprouting legumes that make our meals easily digestible and optimise the availability of nutrients.
