Refund and replacement policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@feedingthefourth.co.nz as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue. 

Feeding the Fourth will replace an order that does not arrive within 48 hours of courier collection. You will be notified by email when the courier has collected your order. 

The recipient is responsible for transferring the meals to a freezer upon delivery. We will not replace an order that has been left unattended at the recipient's address after delivery. 

We have listed common allergens under each meal description on our website. It is the responsibility of the recipient to have checked these against any allergies they may have before ordering and consuming.

Gift Vouchers.

Please note that all gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issuance and will expire after this period. 

In accordance with New Zealand law, if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, or damaged, we are not liable for replacing it. By purchasing a gift voucher, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
